Trish brings fresh, new thought into our graphic design team. A winner of a New England Direct Marketing Association scholarship, she’s devoted her studies and career to communications and design. A graduate of the New England School of Communications, she’s worked in promotional branding companies since, especially focused in graphic design. Trish was born and raised in Maine, and she loves spending time relaxing aside a lake – any lake. However, she spends most of her free time enjoying other creative outlets such as cooking, hiking, painting, attending concerts and listening to all forms of music.
Bucket List: Take a road trip across the country (U.S)
A former technology sale executive, Randy has spent his days at PromoCentric over the last 12 years offering incredibly creative solutions to his loyal clients. What he loves about his job is the blank slate with which he can design products and solutions that achieve his clients overall marketing objectives. A self-proclaimed U2 and alternative music fanatic, Randy spends some of his free time working out, while simultaneously planning his family’s next amazing destination to visit. After the workday ends, Randy still needs to utilize his creative mind, while he plays with his 4 kids (all under the age of 7) in his backyard full of dozens of inflatables…or chasing them down the file station pole that that enables quick exit from the second floor in his home.
Bucket List: Run the Great Wall of China Marathon
Pam has worked throughout the customer service industry for the past 24 years after graduating from Edinboro University in Pennsylvania. While she has worked in a variety of companies throughout different industries, she was drawn to PromoCentric for her long term career. She was attracted to its supportive culture and considers it a place where she can grow her career and her family. Pam puts her all into everything she does, whether it is fighting for a customer’s delivery being on-time, exercising or doing crafts with her children. Pam also has a beautiful voice, which can often be heard when she’s in the office alone at 7 a.m. starting on her client orders.
Bucket List: Climb Mount Washington again
Kristin has spent over half of her 22+ professional years working in the promotional industry. She was attracted to PromoCentric’s energy and entrepreneurial culture 12 years ago and never left. Kristin is a financial guru, but she shatters all stereotypes of a stuffy financial wizard. She’s a fitness fanatic, who champions our employee cross fit training with enthusiasm. For balance, she can also be found cooking delicacies with wine from Napa Valley or Himalayan Sea Salt.
Bucket List: Travel in Provence, France
Outdoor sporting lifestyle, beverage and technology – those are Jon’s sweet spots. For the past 15 years, he has devoted his client services career to companies in those industries. He joined PromoCentric in 2006 and has loved the variety and creativity of promotional branding since. Jon lives the outdoor lifestyle fully, and his young family will likely follow in his footsteps, as well. While surfing the NH Seacoast and skiing in New England take up his usual free time, Jon has pushed the outdoor lifestyle experiences from British Columbia, throughout the US and as far down south as Argentina.
Bucket List: To explore and surf in Fiji
Jade is experienced in customer service and design within the promotional branding and marketing industry. She joined PromoCentric due to its smaller size from her past firms and the chance to truly make a difference to clients. With a degree in New Media from University of Maine, she translates this into creative design and content for clients, all done while listening to music with a good folky, “foot stomping” beat. Jade loves to road trip and explore, watch Wayne’s World, relax on cruise ships and spend time with her family — especially her Scottish Terrier.
Bucket List: Attend a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater in Colorado
Evie has been in the promotional products industry for over 25 years. She joined PromoCentric in early 2009 and many of her loyal clients were eager to follow her. She does not think of herself as a “sales” person, but rather a “service” provider, and her level of customer service is unmatched. She is adored by all her clients, as well as her coworkers; her cheerful and bright demeanor is a joy to be around.
Work with Evie and you have made a friend in the process. Her clients are lucky to have her and PromoCentric relies on her. She is also devoted to her family and a very proud grandmother. Just ask to see photos! She loves to travel and keep up with all her family, she has been happily married for over 38 years, and every fall she makes the absolute best jam to give to friends.
David is full of energy, and he joined PromoCentric to participate in the drive and motivation to succeed that is our vibe. Although being a recent University of New Hampshire graduate, he’s also already worked in other marketing firms, as well as given back time as an assistant high school football coach. David is always willing to try something new, be it learning the guitar in college or participating in lip-sync battles. His enthusiasm is obvious to his customers, as well as to his fellow employees.
Bucket List: Hike the Appalachian Trail
Bill is our logistics expert with approximately 30 years of varied experience in the field. He has worked for large companies such as PepsiCo and Subaru, but he chose a smaller firm like PromoCentric to really make an impact with his skills and daily work.Bill manages our logistics operations internationally, as well as executes our webstores and related inventory management. When not at work, Bill would love to be in a warm climate, playing his drums to the sounds of The Replacements or Phish. Given that he lives in New Hampshire, chances are he’s hiking or brewing up a new batch of craft beer at home.
Bucket List: Travel throughout the Galapagos Islands and Ireland
Drew has his hands involved in every branded product that goes in and out our doors – literally. He has a creative knack for tracking things down and finding that one thing that no one else can. His creativity doesn’t stop there, as Drew is an abstract photographer and artist; he finds art even within our warehouse. But truly, he’d rather walk the beaches of San Diego looking for the ideal subject!
Bucket List: See his own art in a museum someday
Jon has extensive promotional industry experience and leads our production design efforts. Since graduating from Hesser College, he has spent his decade plus long career within branding services, translating client art into functional product designs. Although his favorite musical band stems from Seattle, WA, Jon loves to travel to the vibrant city of Atlanta annually for a gathering with friends from across the country. During most of his free time from design, Jon enjoys collecting retro games and spending time with his beautiful wife and family.
Bucket List: Attend a Superbowl game
Dana has devoted his career to servicing his customers for the past 26 years and has extensive experience in promotional branding. He loves the new challenges and excitement generated by the diversity of the marketing needs of his clients. Dana focuses on each client’s specific branding goals and objectives to ensure maximum promotional impact. While he has many clients in the outdoor sports and lifestyle sectors, which fits perfectly with his own love of the outdoors, his sense of curiosity and desire for personal growth find him continually searching out new verticals to serve.
Bucket List: Own a rustic campground
Justin’s entire 25 year career has been within the promotional industry. He knows the business from the ground up, starting as a screen printer; moving to plant manager of production; executing shipping and logistics and also used his marketing degree to execute sales and marketing. In 2000, he moved to a new phase with his already extensive experience and founded PromoCentric. He is a company’s toughest customer, and he runs PromoCentric with the same customer care standards that he expects. Justin is always thinking about how to make his goals become the future reality, for both his company and his family. He works a lot, but when he isn’t, he’s with his wife, three children and friends enjoying boating, skiing, enjoying food, music and life.
Bucket List: Travel throughout the Caribbean on his own boat – launched from his own dock.
Don is runs our Embroidery department for good reason. He has been working in the industry for over 20 years and has never looked back. Don has worked with PromoCentric for half of this time, and never regretted his decision. On a daily basis, he can be found calibrating and running our dozens of embroidery machines with classic heavy metal playing the background. A loyalist to New England, he favors spending summers in Old Orchard Beach, Maine or on one of our many beautiful golf courses.
Bucket List: Simply too many to list
Trevor walks into the office daily with a huge smile and infectious enthusiasm. He chose to leave social services and join PromoCentric to launch into a new challenge and career direction. Born and raised in Portsmouth, NH and a graduate from New England College, he knows the players, strategy and attitudes of every Boston team inside and out. Being such a team loyalist, he truly understands the value of collaboration and he wanted to participate in an equally tight team atmosphere in his career. Trevor is seriously dedicated in every element of his profession, yet he keep the mood light. We’re still waiting for him to bring in his guitar to play some of his favorites from Pearl Jam and John Mayer.
