Dunkin Brands offers specific and targeted training internationally on behalf of two key brands: Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins. They were looking to create a cohesive and custom series of lapel pins to reward their recipients as they pass thru several key training departments. These lapel pin awards could then be available to each university site on an international level. For Dunkin’ Brands as a whole, the requirement for brand uniformity is very strict, but they are also in a market where the end result should also translate to fun!
PromoCentric created a custom pin campaign to award employees’ success throughout the University, which also communicates the parent company’s brand and message. We designed, sourced and produced a total of 15 pins for both the Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands, which support and promote employees as they pass each class. We manage the direct reorder from all international sites and ship pin lot refills, as needed, to each individual site upon request.
Each individual pin design reflects the “theme” for each specific class, as well as vibrant and custom colors for the specific parent company brand–Dunkin Donuts or Baskin Robbins. Employees now have a FUN way to display their success and wear the company brand with pride. And the company has created a universal language for success that each recipient can wear with pride. Reorders and shipping logistics are eliminated for Dunkin Brands and PromoCentric will handle all the details.
