The marketing department did not have the staff bandwidth to execute a specific lead generation campaign focused solely around this summit, and they chose to outsource the campaign to test its lead generation power and results. The client challenged PromoCentric to design, manage, and source a pre-mailer lead generation campaign, which could track and prove data driven results.
PromoCentric designed and sourced a custom branded mug and created a pre-mailer conference teaser to be sent to potential attendees, customers, and prospects. The mug was corporate branded and included an invitation and branded sticker art, which PromoCentric designed and printed. PromoCentric managed the sourcing, package kitting, drop shipment delivery, and postal tracking of all individual recipients’ items.
PromoCentric sent real-time delivery updates to the client, which enabled their sales development representatives to immediately place a call to the recipient regarding the summit and the company. SiriusDecisions’ sales team was empowered to work leads at the exact time of their high brand, awareness, and recognition. The Austin summit had direct higher ticket sales, which can be tracked back to the specific mailer.
