2025 Was BIG — And We’re Just Getting Started

As we close out 2025, I wanted to personally thank you for your trust, partnership, and collaboration this year. It’s because of clients like you that we’re able to keep pushing forward, improving how we work, and delivering better outcomes year after year. 

Before we step fully into 2026, I’d love to share a few highlights from 2025 and how we invested in making your experience with PromoCentric even better. 

Raising the Bar on Quality, Speed & Consistency 

This year, we made a significant investment in Continuous Improvement initiatives focused on delivering flawless products and smoother experiences. In fact, we implemented 19 process improvements in Q4 alone

Here’s what that looked like in action: 

  • Stronger production quality controls and post-production audits, so your brand looks perfect every time 
  • Enhancements to our Perfect Order process and inventory workflows, reducing errors, delays, and risk 
  • New production technology, including a new DTF (Direct to Film) machine and the upcoming installation of an automatic heat press, expanding our in-house capabilities and improving speed and quality 
  • Formation of a Sustainability Task Force, focused on responsible materials, smarter processes, and long-term environmental improvements

These efforts reflect our commitment to delivering exceptional service, innovation, and value — every time you work with us. 

Our People, Performance & Culture 

PromoCentric continued to grow in 2025, expanding from 57 to 74 employees across production, sales, and support roles. 

We’re proud of the culture and momentum our team built together this year, including: 

  • A strong Net Promoter Score all year long and at 98.93% today  
  • Continued investment in elevating our website and the user experience 
  • A successful Misogi Challenge that inspired healthier habits, learning, and personal growth 
  • Celebrating PromoCentric’s 25th Anniversary   
  • Winning a spot on PPAI’s Greatest Companies to Work for List again this year  
  • Giving back to our community, including $1,100 donated to Easterseals of New Hampshire and 1,500 pounds of goods donated to Boxes of Love 

Looking Ahead to 2026 

All of this progress is driven by a simple goal: to be the promotional products partner you can count on — today and in the years ahead. 

As we look toward 2026, we’re excited to build on this momentum with continued investments in our people, processes, technology, and sustainability initiatives — all designed to help your brand make a lasting impression.
