Rye Beach Club: Building a Pop Up Webstore to Safely Offer Merchandise with Club’s New Logo

During the pandemic, Rye Beach Club wanted to offer its members a variety of premium branded merchandise that would unite them around this community. Rather than sell the merchandise at its clubhouse as it did traditionally, the club wanted to offer items online to create a completely safe way for members to shop. Rye Beach Club turned to PromoCentric, which handled the entire effort, building a PromoWeb Pop Up store where members could shop premium branded items hand-selected by the company’s merchandising experts. The webstore was open for the month of July and leveraged back-end technology to establish an end date. The store offered 12 premium clothing items, including a variety of sweatshirts, t shirts, jackets, shorts and sweatpants — all displaying the club’s newly designed logo. Members from all over the country could easily purchase branded merchandise that proudly displayed the club’s new logo and have items shipped directly to their doorstep. The client was thrilled with the effort, as it delivered against the goal of creating a safe and convenient way for members to buy quality branded merchandise that united them around the club.

Axonius: Developing a Multi-Faceted Premium Webstore for HR, Marketing & Sales

High growth cybersecurity company Axonius turned to PromoCentric for a solution to fully manage its premium merchandise and booth materials at events. PromoCentric delivered a highly effective webstore solution, leveraging its robust PromoWeb Premium webstore, as well as expertise in merchandising, warehousing and shipping. PromoCentric’s team of brand ambassadors designed a storefront that aligned perfectly with the brand and leveraged advanced back-end technology. Its merchandising experts hand selected in-demand premium merchandise for giveaways at events, and created branded banners, staff apparel, table throws and collateral, fully answering Axonius’s event management needs.

The webstore was so effective that Axonius expanded its functionality to streamline HR’s onboarding effort. PromoCentric created a top-shelf employee welcome package — a North Face backpack filled with a branded sweatshirt, stainless steel water bottle, journal, as well as customized business cards – and managed all picking, packing and shipping. The success of these two efforts prompted Axonius to expand the webstore to manage incentives for client and prospect engagement. Select individuals choose from one of five premium items (Corkcicle, drone, diffuser, North Face backpack or whiskey set) or a charitable donation.  The webstore captured the data as soon as an item was selected and shipped, enabling the sales team to follow up at just the right time – a great door opener for relationship building! Smuttynose: Creating a Keepsake Offering to Elevate Brand Awareness

In anticipation of opening its new brewery, Smuttynose turned to PromoCentric for creative ideas on an innovative promotional offering that would elevate brand awareness and offer a unique, keepsake that loyal customers and new ones would embrace. PromoCentric’s team of brand ambassadors put their creativity and knowledge of the Smuttynose brand to work, developing a top quality, custom-designed bottle opener featuring the brand’s trademark harbor seal. Once initial designs were approved, PromoCentric created a 3D rendering to provide the most accurate and realistic visual representation of the metal mold. Smuttynose was so delighted with the spec and convinced of the success of this unique and spot-on branded product that it ordered 10,000 pieces — far more than needed for the opening. This fun and imaginative brand builder, which PromoCentric had produced by a renowned metal fabricator, remains one of the fastest moving products in the Smuttynose catalog and continues to be used to enhance ongoing marketing events.

When the pandemic hit, Service Credit Union recognized the dire need for PPE and wanted to take action to provide desperately needed masks to local medical facilities and community organizations. Creating a Virtual Toast for Graduates

Boosting Morale with Kitted Employee Gift

Each year, Springwell gives its employees a gift as part of its annual event. With employees working remotely due to COVID-19, the organization sought to find a timely and cost effective way to send each of its 130 employees a present to boost morale and create a sense of connectivity as an organization. Springwell turned to PromoCentric to source and create a branded, cozy fleece blanket. PromoCentric worked with a trusted vendor to secure the best pricing, applied the stitched logo in-house and distributed the blankets to all employees a week ahead of schedule – and all within the organization’s budget.
