Service Credit Union:
Providing PPE to Frontline Workers
When the pandemic hit, Service Credit Union recognized the dire need for PPE and wanted to take action to provide desperately needed masks to local medical facilities and community organizations. The credit union turned to PromoCentric, which immediately leveraged its extensive global product sourcing capabilities to secure more than 30,000 masks to donate to frontline healthcare workers and community organizations. PromoCentric secured the masks and delivered them to Service Credit Union, which immediately distributed them to medical workers and other community organizations. The effort fulfilled Service Credit Union’s goal of helping to protect people who were putting themselves on the frontline in its community.

Creating a Virtual Toast for Graduates
Recognizing that graduates were missing important milestones during the pandemic, PromoCentric offered a variety of creative ideas to UNH Franklin Peirce School of Law, all designed to help the school connect with its graduates, reignite students’ sense of community and celebrate their graduation virtually. PromoCentric quickly produced a kitted package containing a branded stemless champagne glass filled with crinkle paper and a printed note from the school’s dean, which invited students to unite and celebrate with a virtual toast. PromoCentric knew exactly where to source to deliver a high quality, fast, two week turn-around kitted package. The company leveraged its kitting capabilities to pick, pack and ship the package out to students across the country, enabling them to celebrate this important milestone together in a timely manner.

Boosting Morale with Kitted Employee Gift
Each year, Springwell gives its employees a gift as part of its annual event. With employees working remotely due to COVID-19, the organization sought to find a timely and cost effective way to send each of its 130 employees a present to boost morale and create a sense of connectivity as an organization. Springwell turned to PromoCentric to source and create a branded, cozy fleece blanket. PromoCentric worked with a trusted vendor to secure the best pricing, applied the stitched logo in-house and distributed the blankets to all employees a week ahead of schedule – and all within the organization’s budget.

Smuttynose: Creating a Keepsake Offering to Elevate Brand Awareness
In anticipation of opening its new brewery, Smuttynose turned to PromoCentric for creative ideas on an innovative promotional offering that would elevate brand awareness and offer a unique, keepsake that loyal customers and new ones would embrace. PromoCentric’s team of brand ambassadors put their creativity and knowledge of the Smuttynose brand to work, developing a top quality, custom-designed bottle opener featuring the brand’s trademark harbor seal. Once initial designs were approved, PromoCentric created a 3D rendering to provide the most accurate and realistic visual representation of the metal mold. Smuttynose was so delighted with the spec and convinced of the success of this unique and spot-on branded product that it ordered 10,000 pieces — far more than needed for the opening. This fun and imaginative brand builder, which PromoCentric had produced by a renowned metal fabricator, remains one of the fastest moving products in the Smuttynose catalog and continues to be used to enhance ongoing marketing events.
