Each year, Springwell, based in Waltham, MA, gives its employees a gift as part of its annual event. With employees working remotely due to COVID-19, the organization sought to find a timely and cost-effective way to send each of its 130 employees a present to boost morale and create a sense of connectivity as an organization.

Solution
